Paul Heath Beaman

My heart aches over the passing of my dear cousin, Paul Heath Beaman. Paul grew up around the corner from my family, and he and my brother Craig were the best of friends their entire lives. As youngsters, they were known throughtout the neighborhood for their precision skills (projectiles through large windows were a specialty); terrific agility (running from cars they had played tricks on) and archtectural acumen (building a fort out of stolen lumbar from a nearby construction site). I was the annoying little sister, but I sometimes got to join in, and some of my favorite childhood memories involve hanging with these two (those memories also include dissected frogs, hubcaps, bats and climbing through windows, but we won't get into such details here). They even coordinated their schools schedules--both repeated third grade and by high school, they were shipped out to two different military schools (read: frustrated parents!). And yet they both grew into smart, caring down-to-earth men who loved and supported each other and their families. Indeed, Paul and Theresa and Paul Joseph were a major support to Debbie and I during Craig's seven-year battle with cancer. We wouldn't have made it those last six months without them by our side. So now, as I grieve Paul's passing, I also entertain an image of two crazy boys tearing through the afterlife--shooting BB guns, riding minibikes through a mushroom farm, throwing smoke bombs, and blowing up whatever catches their fancy--all with no chance of getting in trouble! And it makes me smile.

Thanks Paul for fixing all my power toys that broke.

Our thoughts and Prayers go out to the Beamon Family. I met Paul at a church picnic, he did most of the cooking and his wife Teresa did most of the catering. He was always nice and friendly to everyone and a good cook. I know there is a place in Heaven for him for he was a good man . I know he will be missed by all that knew him. Rest in peace Paul.

Met Paul through his cousin Craig Dunning...both great guys who were sincere and genuine and more like brothers than cousins...recently realized that he and Theresa had started attending our Church in our drive-thru phase of Covid precautions. Paul was a great man. He was always their to help anyone that asked with small engine repair and advice in neighborhood. Even after his health began to decline we would still come out to help his fellow neighbors. He will be missed. Theresa and Paul jr, you will be in out thoughts and prayers
